  • Organizations using ImpactOS™ agree to a subscription model to automate WF&A compliance and operational workflows.

  • Retail donor accounts are provided without monthly subscription fees; however, DonorEze monetizes the sophisticated financial utility and transaction volume of high-value assets.

  • We prioritize a secure giving cycle and expect all users to adhere to global compliance standards.

Privacy & Data Integrity

  • We collect data to power the SmartMatch™ AI Discovery Engine and ImpactStory™, creating a network effect that increases value for all participants in the giving economy.

  • We monetize financial utility and compliance infrastructure, not your personal data or generosity.

  • As the "Stripe of Philanthropy," we employ institutional-grade encryption to protect the DonorEze Vault™ and all integrated assets.

  • Data is processed to automate WF&A reporting requirements for organizations, ensuring a transparent and auditable system of record.

  • We may defer to our architectural and legal experts—Wm. Dexter Jones (CTO) and our board—to ensure data handling meets the highest fiduciary standards.
